Liebe Mitglieder der Tennisabteilung,
wir freuen uns sehr, dass wir dieses Jahr noch bis in den Dezember unsere Ascheplätze nutzen konnten. Die Platzqualität war ausgesprochen gut und hiermit auch einen großen Dank an Peter, unseren Platzwart. Die Belegung der Plätze war bis zum Schluß sehr gut. Dies zeigt uns, dass die Entscheidung für eine lange Öffnung sehr gut angenommen wurde. Dies lag zum einen am guten und trockenen Wetter und zum anderen an der Ausnahmesituation in der Corona-Pandemie.
Allerdings ist nun die Zeit gekommen und die Netze sind abgebaut und damit die Ascheplätze gesperrt.
Die Planungen für die Frühjahrsüberholung laufen und wir hoffen, dass wir wie im letzten Frühjahr einen guten Zeitpunkt erwischen werden, um eine gute Qualität der Plätze herzustellen.
Für das Frühjahr 2021 hoffen wir auf einen guten Start in die Saison und auf weiterhin steigende Beliebtheit des Tennissports in unserer Vereinsgemeinschaft.
Dear members of the tennis department,
we are very happy that this year we were able to use our tennis courts until December. The quality of the place was very good and a big thanks to Peter, our groundsman. The occupancy of the courts was very good until the end. This shows us that the decision for a long opening was very well accepted. This was partly due to the good and dry weather and partly to the exceptional situation in the Corona pandemic.
However, now the time has come and the nets have been dismantled and thus the ash courts are closed.
The planning for the spring overhaul is in progress and we hope that we will catch a good time like last spring to produce a good quality of the courts.
For the spring of 2021 we hope for a good start into the season and for a further increasing popularity of tennis in our club community.
